Acupuncture
This starts with a pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, abdominal palpation, before thin acupuncture needles are inserted superficially into the body to move any stagnation of energy (Qi) and harmonise overall communication between the organs. Acupuncture may help with reduction of general pain, headaches, harmonise gynaecological issues, improve digestive disorders, musculoskeletal and sport/work related injuries and many other conditions or disorders. Cupping is also available and is often used with acupuncture to help improve blood flow and loosen tight muscles.
Motor Point Acupuncture
This type of acupuncture uses Kinesiology (Muscle Testing) to check which muscles in the body are activated (effectively functioning). When the muscles are not properly activated, the body may not be in healthy alignment. When a muscle is found to be weak, an acupuncture needle is inserted into the most painful region of the muscle where a small charge is applied to the needle to activate the muscle. The muscle is then tested and if it tests strong, that means that the treatment was successful. This treatment can be used for realigning the body, help strength training and general pain from overcompensation.
Kinesiology
There are many types of Kinesiology used within this clinic. The above Motor Point System is only one. The other forms of Kinesiology can test and assist emotional conditions. This system finds the emotional/physical/ chemical trigger and treats it from the source. Other types of Kinesiology that are practiced uses vials containing substances, this can check for potential allergies or sensitivities and may be able to desensitise the person in relation to the offending substance. If there is a sensitivity the muscle tests weak. If the sensitivity is treated the muscle testing is strong.
Nutritional Consultation
Nutritional consults takes into account a persons complete lifestyle. This would include; diet, exercise, work, stress levels, emotional concerns and anything else that would affect the individuals life. Other factors that are important to take into consideration are allergies and digestive conditions, as to why I often use Kinesiology, Iris Diagnosis and Functional Testing (Evidence based testing done through a laboratory), where microbiome, cortisol and many other biological processes are investigated, so a more complete and thorough picture can be attained.

Bio- Energetic Medicine is one of the widely studied fields of medicine today. It is based on biology, physiology, chemistry and physics and looks at the subtleties of human structure and patterns of energy and interaction.
